The Gift of You

Deep within my fever, the Christmas elves heard my cry, and a wave of gifts have been given to me. I'd never thought the day would come. I had just accepted the fact that I'd never make cute panties, bathing suits or perfect hems because I didn't have a serger. But my dear Alberto heard my complaint months ago and secrectly put in an order. Sure enough after a day of sleeping and sweating through pj's a cardboard box arrived with...Nancy, the newest addition to my sewing family. I can't tell you how excited I was.

I've been pouring over the threading directions, one day it will be like second nature, right?

My father also heard my complaints that I miss my sheet music. Not like I have a piano, but sometimes I run into one and am only able to play the beginning 5 measures. So father has started sending my music. I can't tell you how many hours I've spent staring, memorizing, and perfecting these pages.

And then there were flowers on the day of love. Because they are beautiful and remind me of something underwater here's a picture.
